SCHOOL BUS RENTALS FAQ’S
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
Your payment is fully refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance and your payment is 50% refundable if you cancel 48 hours (2 days) in advance.
Payment is non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours (1 Day).
WHAT IS YOUR RAIN AND BAD WEATHER POLICY?
Bus rentals go as scheduled, rain or shine.
WHAT IS YOUR DAMAGE POLICY?
Accidents happen. We expect some bumps and bruises along the way, so don’t stress too much. However, our bus needs to remain operational. For those loose cannons that mistreat our bus, you will be held liable for damages including punctures, large indents, deep scratches, and whatever else you manage to break.
HOW MANY PASSENGERS CAN THE BUS ACCOMMODATE?
Max capacity is 55 people.
IS THERE A BUS DRIVER?
A licensed and safe driver will be operating the bus.
IS THERE A/C?
A/C is available. Ride in comfort my friends.
WHERE DOES THE BUS PICK UP & DROP OFF PASSENGERS?
The bus will pick up and drop off passengers at the location designated by the renter.
HOW FAR DOES THE BUS GO?
The bus is limited in its travels, but can still take you on an epic journey. Please call 954-817-4726 to inquire about travel distance.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time to check in and sign your liability waiver.
WHAT ARE THE AGE LIMITS FOR BUS RENTALS?
In order to rent the bus, you must be at least 18 years of age or older. Age considerations for passengers will be made based off the type of activity the bus will be used for.
WHAT ABOUT PHYSICAL DISABILITIES AND IMPAIRMENT?
Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access available. Furthermore, passengers that exhibit dangerously unruly behavior will be subject to expulsion.
PASSENGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING HOME SAFELY AND RESPONSIBLY FOLLOWING THE END OF A BUS RENTAL. FUDDLED FROG TOURS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY MISCONDUCT FOLLOWING A BUS RENTAL.
